Feedback Required by 16th December! As part of its ongoing activities, AgentLink has produced a roadmap for agent technology. The roadmap aims to provide an assessment of the current state-of-the-art of agent-based computing, and to suggest important areas for future research and development, both for academia and industry. At present, the roadmap is a draft document. Its value relies on contribution from the community in correction and refinement. Please provide feedback (corrections, constructive criticism, content, references, etc) in as specific a form as possible, to Michael Luck (email to mml@ecs.soton.ac.uk) by 15th December 2002. The more specific the content, the easier it will be to incorporate it into the next version. We aim to produce a print version of a revised roadmap by February 2003. Although the effort will continue beyond February, comments can only be included in the print version if received by 15th December 2002. The roadmap may be downloaded at http://www.agentlink.org/roadmap/index.html It may not be downloadable with older versions of some web browsers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- * 5th European Agent Systems Summer School, Barcelona, 10-14 February 2003 http://www.agentlink.org/happenings/easss/2003/ ***EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE APPROACHING: 18 DECEMBER 2002*** After successful Summer Schools on Agent Systems in Utrecht, Saarbruecken, Prague and Bologna, Agentlink is organising the fifth such event in Barcelona, Spain, 10-14 February, 2003.
