AgentLink is able to provide a limited number of bursaries towards the cost of accommodation in Utrecht in order for students to attend the EASSS 05.
The accommodation bursary of 100 Euros is offered on a first come first served basis and available for the first 100 registrants to EASSS 05. The bursary should be claimed using the process outlined below .
Who Is Eligible
Grants and bursaries are only available to students who fulfil all of the following criteria:
- They live a minimum of 100 km from Utrecht
- They are from organisations within Europe
- Their organisation is a member or are in the process of applying for membership to AgentLink III. (Application for membership can be made via the AgentLink website ).
How to Apply
If you fulfil all the criteria above and would like to apply for the accommodation bursary then tick the check box on the 'Grants Section' of the registration form.
AgentLink III can provide a small number of travel grants to
selected students from the New Accession States in which travel funds for
such as this are limited. Students from the New Accession States in
Eastern and Central Europe and students from other countries in that
region and nearby are encouraged to apply for these grants, by sending an
email to Wiebe van der Hoek ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) mentioning:
- the Department of the student
- the research area of the
- a paragraph mentioning why
EASSS'05 is important to attend
In addition to this, the supervisor of the student should send
an e-mail acknowledging the student is registered as a full time student,
and the application for a grant is supported (this should also go to

In addition to this, the supervisor of the student should send an e-mail
acknowledging the student is registered as a full time student, and
application for a grant is supported (this should also go firstname.lastname@example.org , also BEFORE 1st of May).
Accommodation & Travel Expense Claim Process
AgentLink expense claims should be submitted for actual expenditure incurred *after* the event, for no more than the maximum amount awarded to you. You should retain all actual original receipts of your expenditure (ie, credit card receipts will NOT be accepted).
Any travel, food and accommodation expenses must be reasonable, and travel must be at economy-class. If you expend more than the amount awarded, we will not be able to compensate you for this additional expenditure.
Reimbursement will only be for actual incurred and relevant expenditures, as outlined on the claim form itself, which can be downloaded from the AgentLink III web-page .
