BOOKING DETAILS

  • Early registration until Friday 3rd June - 130 GBP
  • Late registration until Wednesday 6th July – 145 GBP

    Bookings received after Wednesday 6th July will incur an additional late booking fee of £25. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellation after the closing date.

    COURSES

    Most courses are run in parallel e.g. there are 3 courses on Monday afternoon. You need to choose which courses are most relevant and suited to your needs. Please see Preliminary Programme for more information on courses. You may attend any course subject to availability on the day.

    The programme is preliminary and subject to change. However, to give us an indication of student numbers we would like to know your preferences for the following 2 sessions:

    ACCOMMODATION

    You need to make your own accommodation arrangements. We recommend that you stay at the Mitland Hotel where the EASSS has a discounted rate. Details on rates and when to book by can be found on the Accommodation web page as well as alternative accommodation suggestions. To be eligible for the EASSS rate you must quote ‘EASSS05’ when booking.

    For information on accommodation bursaries and travel grants please visit the Grants web page. If you are awarded a grant you should retain all actual original receipts of your expenditure (i.e., credit card receipts will NOT be accepted).
