Monday 18 th July

Drinks Reception at the Quignon Bar 7.30 pm onwards You are invited to a Welcome Drink at the Quignon Bar. The bar is set on one of liveliest canals in central Utrecht . You will receive vouchers entitling you to 2 drinks. Additional drinks can be purchased directly from the bar. We hope you will all be able to join us. Location: Oudegracht 134, 3511 AX Utrecht

Wednesday 20 th July

Free Afternoon

1.30pm onwards

After the student session has finished you have a free afternoon to do what you want. There will be a packed lunch which you can eat in the University or take with you. For some ideas on things to do in Utrecht please visit this page or this page (cityguide > highlights). Also have a look at The Parade . Alternatively, one could go and see Amsterdam , which is only 30 minutes by train.

 

Thursday 21 st July

Social Dinner at the Academiegebouw 7.30pm - 11pm The Social Dinner is held at the Academiegebouw in Central Utrecht . The evening starts at 7.30pm with a glass of wine and nibbles and is followed by a buffet style dinner. The buffet will be served in a beautiful former chapel. Location: Domplein 29
