ORGANISED EVENTS

 

AgentLink organises several events as part of its support for various activities, as well as providing sponsorship for Agent oriented conferences and events (details are available on AgentLink III Research Event Support ). These events include the annual summer school, Agent Technology Conference, and regular Technical Forum meetings. In addition, Agent-related events can be listed within the Conference Calendar.

FORTHCOMING EVENTS

 

The AgentLink III annual Agent Technology Conference (ATC) facilitates the sharing of experiences in deployment of agent-ased solutions among commercial organisations and with discussion of the benefits this technology brings their businesses. At ATC 2005, world-leading agent technology experts from some of the most innovative companies in the field will meet representatives from traditional industries reporting on their agent-based solutions. After the successful First (Rome, Italy, 30 June - 2 July 2004) and Second (Ljubljana, Slovenia, 28 February - 2 March 2005) AgentLink III Technical Fora, the Third AgentLink III Technical Forum (AL3-TF3) will take place in Budapest, Hungary, 15-17 September 2005 . AL3-TF3 will host the meetings of the AL3 TFGs in form of either half-day or full-day events (longer durations to be negotiated on request). Click here for more info.

After successful summer schools on Agent Systems in Utrecht, Saarbrucken, Prague, Barcelona, Bologna and Liverpool, Agentlink is planning to organise the Seventh European Agent School in Utrecht, the Netherlands, 18 - 22 July,2005.


After the successful First AgentLink III Technical Forum (Rome, 30 June - 2 July 2004), the Second AgentLink III Technical Forum (AL3-TF2) will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 28 February to 2 March 2005. AL3-TF2 will host the meetings of the AL3 TFGs in form of either half-day or full-day events.

 

The First Agent Technology & Standardization Activities Workshop - The  Role of AgentLink Paris, France, 29th November, 2004

AgentLink III, which aims at contributing to European take-up of agent  technology through the support of relevant and appropriate  standardisation initiatives, organized a 1-day workshop, hosted by  France Telecom in Paris the 29th November 2004. The main objectives  behind this initiative were to assess the importance of ongoing  agent-dedicated and agent-related standardization activities; to  clarify how existing standardization bodies and groups relate; and to  understand the role of Agentlink III for ongoing and future  agent-dedicated and agent-related standardization work.

 

AgentLink Agent Technology Conference: Zurich, October 1, 2004

This event will bring together commercial organisations interested in exploiting agent technologies to benefit their businesses.

The programme will include presentations by world-leading agent technology experts from some of the most innovative companies in the field, as well as representatives from traditional industries reporting on their agent-based solutions.


 

The Sixth European Agent Systems Summer School 2004: July 5-9

After successful Summer Schools on Agent Systems in Utrecht, Saarbruecken, Prague, Bologna and Barcelona which have attracted over 150 students , Agentlink is planning to organise the Sixth European Agent School in Liverpool , 5 -9 July , 2004 .

 

 

 

The First AgentLink III Technical Forum (AL3-TF1) will take place in Rome from 30 June to 2 July 2004. AL3-TF1 will host the first meetings of the AL3 TFGs in form of either half-day or full-day events.
