We conduct research in the following areas:
-Agent communication protocols & languages
-Model checking in agent-based systems
-Agent-based knowledge management
-Agent-based workflow and business process modelling
-Multiagent learning, communication learning
-Agent-oriented software engineering
-Planning and activity management
-Inter-agent collaboration

Applications range from project planning, logistics, rescue, emergency procedures, coalition planning, to e-Science, the Semantic Web and Peer-To-Peer systems.
