AgentLink Case Studies

Commercial deployment of agent systems is still light and has been confined to early adopters in some segments of industry and government, such as utility companies. Although agent systems have yet to achieve widespread deployment, there are increasing numbers of deployed applications. One reason for this is that despite efforts to raise awareness in general, there is still a lack of awareness of the potential applications of agent systems. In collaboration with several companies, therefore, AgentLink III has prepared several case studies of deployed agent systems, available below in pdf.
